| Brief description of the group. | Our purpose is to provide Christ-centered support to the entire home schooling family. To this end we endeavor to: � Gather for mutual support and encouragement; � Share our resources, skills, experience, questions, and problems; � Discover opportunities for ministry and community service; � Provide opportunities for teacher training and extracurricular activities; � Present a unified voice in the legal and political arenas. No one method or curriculum is right for everyone. We believe that relationships are key to a quality education. We are not here to tell you how or what to teach your children. As we share our personal experiences, our struggles and/or victories, we learn from each other. Then, we as parents can work out our own solutions in prayer, with the Holy Spirit as our guide into all truth. |
